ORION WINS MARKETING AWARDS FOR EOS-TWENTY ONE CONDOS IN ALEXANDRIA
Alexandria, Virginia – May 26, 2006. Orion Residential, a national multifamily investment and condominium conversion company with principal offices in Seattle, Phoenix and Chicago, won a Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence Award for “Best Clubhouse” and an Award of Merit for “Best Marketing Campaign” for EOS twenty-one, a condominium conversion in Alexandria, Virginia.

Considered one of the premier awards programs in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, the program honors the best in marketing and sales achievement. The Washington Metropolitan Sales and Marketing Council of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association sponsor the awards proram. NBC 4 News Anchors Jim Vance and Wendy Rieger, served as Emcees for the 29th annual event held May 25th at the Hilton in Washington, D.C.

Orion purchased the property in August 2004 and since then has been renovating the homes and grounds — adding and upgrading amenities, updating kitchens and appliances, improving the landscaping, and putting new windows in all buildings. Of the 1,524 units at EOS twenty-one, 344 will become condominiums and the rest will remain rental homes. Only 10 homes remain available.

Builders Design, a merchandising company based in Gaithersburg, Maryland, designed the clubhouse. Creating Results, LLC, a Northern Virginia strategic marketing, PR and advertising company, developed an entire integrated marketing campaign for EOS twenty-one, including creating a name, brand, logo, marketing materials and advertising.

Located within The Beltway, EOS twenty-one is off I-395 near the Van Dorn Metro Station and Landmark Mall.
